One Arrested for Robbery and Shots Fired

One person has been arrested following a robbery with shots fired that occurred this afternoon. 

On October 18, 2024, around 2:55 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Mini Mart in the 1400 block of Anniston Drive for a robbery with shots fired. When officers arrived, they learned that a male suspect entered the store and got into a disorder with the clerk before firing shots from his weapon. No one was injured by the gunshots. The clerk was treated for non-life-threatening injuries from the disorder. 

Aubrion Johnson, 18, was arrested and charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Escape 2nd Degree (Identify Facility), Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
