Final orders and property liens

To ensure compliance with Kentucky Revised Statues (KRS) 65.8836 and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County’s Revised Code Ordinance (RCO) 2B-9(g) , the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government maintains this website to provide all records related to the issuance of Final Orders, as defined in KRS 65.8805 (8) and RCO 2B-2(d) for review.

**Please Note** The property owner has exhausted their appeal rights related the action taken if the documents contained in the file indicate a Notice of Lien Claimed has been placed.  Other attached documents will provide timeframes related to any other applicable appeal process that may be taken by the property owner.

All payments related to citations, abatements and/or liens should be made to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and mailed or delivered to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, Division of Revenue, 218 East Main Street, Lexington, Kentucky 40507. 

It is recommend that before sending payment that you contact the Division of Revenue (859) 258-3340 or Division of Code Enforcement (859) 258-3091 to confirm the outstanding account balance.

It is also recommend that you include/bring information that clearly identifies the referenced property and the specific citation, abatement or lien your payment is regarding.
