City hosting Household Hazardous Waste event this Saturday
Fayette County residents can dispose of household materials such as paint and cleaners at the city’s fall Household Hazardous Waste collection on Saturday, Sept. 14. The collection event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1631 Old Frankfort Pike.
Labor Day waste collection schedule
Due to the Labor Day holiday, there will be no city waste collection on Monday, Sept 2.
Trash Disposal Day on Saturday, July 13
The City of Lexington, along with the Bluegrass Regional Transfer Station, is offering Fayette County residents a free trash disposal day for non-hazardous household waste. The event is Saturday, July 13, from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
