The goal of the Wolf Run Watershed Management Plan is to improve water quality in Wolf Run by eliminating sources of stormwater runoff pollution.
We know that there is a lot of data out there that has been collected by volunteer monitoring groups, educational institutions and other concerned citizens. For this reason, our plan involved compiling and evaluating all existing data as well as collecting new data. The Wolf Run Watershed Council met regularly during the development of the plan to receive briefings on the project and to discuss how to meet the needs of the community and improve the water quality of Wolf Run and surrounding waters.
