ESP and REAL charge tuition every Monday for the week. It is important to keep your weekly fees current. Your child will lose their spot in the program due to a delinquent account. Please note: A late fee of $15 is assessed to all accounts where payment is not received by 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
All weekly tuition payments must be paid at MyProCare.com by Wednesday. If unable to make a payment on their website or app, call (859) 288-2929 to make a payment over the phone.

MyProcare
MyProCare is an online portal where you can access account information and easily pay tuition. MyProcare is safe, secure, and created with your convenience in mind. Your username is the email you submitted on your application. If you are unsure of the email you have given, check with your site director or call the ESP main office.
Frequently asked payment questions
My child was out all week or other extended amount of time and I have a doctor's note. Am I able to get a refund?
As per the parent handbook, payment is not based on attendance. Families are paying for their child(ren)'s spot(s) in the program. We are not able to offer any refunds for missed days due to illness.
I have split custody. We pay separately, pick up on certain days, etc. Is this an issue?
Both parents need to fill out an application for their child(ren). Please note that those on the authorized pick-up list can only pick up on that parent's day. If there are any issues regarding payment, we will ask for custody information (judge's orders, custody papers).
I'm a grandparent, another family member, or guardian and would like to pay the balance when I call. What do I need to know?
Please know the student/camper's last name and which school/camp they attend.
