Update:Pursuant to Section 14 of House Bill 249 passed in the 2021 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly, employee refund applications and related information will be shared with other tax districts referenced in the application. This provision is effective beginning June 29, 2021. Other tax liabilities may apply depending on the location of work performed.
