If your sewer bill is high due to irrigation or filling a pool, and the water didn't enter the sewer, you may qualify for a LEXserv bill adjustment. You can fill out the Irrigation/Pool Fill Request Form and submit it to LEXserv for consideration.
If the irrigation/pool fill happened in the summer, check your LEXserv bill. The AWC discounted rate may cover any adjustment.
To make the review process faster, fill out the entire adjustment request form. Completing the adjustment request doesn't guarantee qualification, but it's necessary for consideration.
You can only submit completed forms for usage that has already been billed by LEXserv. Requests for future adjustments must be submitted on a separate form once the account has been billed once the account has been billed. A copy will be sent to the email address provided.
