Hop into nature on Sunday, Sept. 17

Nature Hop is back! Lexington is hosting this highly popular annual event on Sunday, Sept. 17. Nature Hop encourages people to enjoy the variety of green spaces in Fayette County, and to experience these spaces in new ways.

This is the sixth annual Nature Hop, with 13 events to choose from. In other words, plenty of opportunities to explore!

Events will take place at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., allowing participants to attend multiple events throughout the day. With a wide variety of activities, there is sure to be something for everyone. Choose from a menu of options that includes bird walks to yoga to guided painting to monarch tagging.

All activities are free. However, some events require participants to register in advance.
