Lexington Code Enforcement works with property owners to bring their properties into compliance with the International Property Maintenance Code and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Code of Ordinances in the shortest time frame possible, ensuring a safe and beautiful Lexington.

- Potential clients must contact our office to schedule an assessment

What documents should I bring to my appointment?
- Photo ID/Driver’s License for all adults 18+ years old in household.
- Social Security card or official document for all household members.
- Notice of Violations from Code Enforcement
- Proof of income for everyone in the household (Three most recent pay stubs, Social Security, Disability, Pensions, etc.)
- Verification of ownership
- Proof of occupancy
Eligible clients will receive the appropriated financial assistance if funds are available.
