Case Overview: Around 2:45 a.m. Saturday, January 14, officers were dispatched to the King Cobra Motorcycle Club located at 514 East Third Street for a report of shots fired. Officers located a 38-year-old man lying on the ground outside the club suffering an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a hospital where he remains in critical condition. The victim, identified as Robert Cowan Jr. would later succumb to his injuries at a local hospital.
