The Lexington Police Department has arrested Dtonio Rutherford, 43, in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at the Speedway located at 1401 Leestown Road on Thursday, January 6, 2022.
Through the course of the investigation, the suspect was identified as Dtonio Rutherford. He has been charged with Robbery - 1st Degree and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon. He is currently lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center.
