Overview
LFUCG implements the Minority Business Enterprise Program (MBEP) to enhance procurement opportunities for disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) and minority- and women-owned businesses in its contracting. LFUCG commissioned BBC Research & Consulting (BBC) to conduct a disparity study to assess whether DBEs and minority- and woman-owned businesses face any barriers as part of LFUCG’s contracting processes.
