PUBLIC NOTICE
Planning Commission Public Hearing
The Urban County Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Urban County Government Center, 200 E. Main St., Lexington, Kentucky to consider subdivision and development plans including:
a. PLN-FRP-24-00019: LEE THOMAS MILLS ESTATE (AMD) - a final record plat to record 3 lots previously subdivided by deed for property located at 200 Harp Innis Road.
b. PLN-FRP-24-00020: CASTLETON LYONS INC, PROPERTY– a final record plat subdividing 1,071 acres into sixteen 40+ acre farms located at 2469 Iron Works Pike.
c. PLN-MJDP-24-00028: PRESTON ADDITION SUBDIVISION (ERIKA STRECKER PROERTY) (AMD) – a revised final development plan for an adaptive reuse project adding two lots and a new structure for property located at 256 Newtown Pike, 601-613 W. Third Street, & 610 King Street.
d. PLN-MJDP-24-00036: COVENTRY (BELMONT FARM) LOT 6 – a final development plan depicting 280 dwelling units for property located at 2350 Remington Way.
e. PLN-MJDP-24-00040: PLEASANT RIDGE SUBDIVISION, LOT 127 (AMD) – a final development plan depicting 216 dwelling units for property located at 2156, 2176 & 2184 Liberty Road and 766 Paradise Lane.
