One person has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred last night on Jennifer Road.
On November 11, 2023, at 10:53 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Jennifer Road for a disorder with a weapon. When they arrived, they located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital with reported non-life-threatening injuries.
John Murphy, 27, was arrested at the scene and charged with Assault 1st Degree. He is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
