One person has been arrested following a shooting that occurred on Versailles Road.
On October 19, 2024, around 6:45 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Versailles Road for a shooting. When they arrived, they located two victims who had been shot. The victims were transported to a local hospital; one victim had reported life-threatening injuries, and one victim had reported non-life-threatening injuries. A short time later, a third gunshot victim arrived at a local hospital with reported non-life-threatening injuries.
Jacob Fogal, 20, was charged with two counts of Assault 1st Degree and Tampering With Physical Evidence in connection with the shooting. He is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
Christopher Reed, 39, was charged for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine).
