Canceled Golden Alert

UPDATE: The Golden Alert for Richard Lightbourne has been canceled. He has been safely located.

The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing Lexington manRichard Lightbourne. Richard Lightbourne, 77, was last seen on July 24, 2023, at around 9:30 p.m., near the Kroger in the 1600 block of Bryan Station Road.  
 
Lightbourne has a history of memory loss and requires medical attention. He is believed to be traveling on foot.

He is 5’10” tall and approximately 180 pounds with brown eyes. He was wearing a long sleeve blue shirt with blue sweatpants. 

Anyone with knowledge of Richard Lightbourne’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
