Storm debris

Fees will be waived at the Haley Pike Landfill through Monday, July 31. The landfill is located at 4216 Hedger Lane. Haley Pike is open from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

If you have city garbage service and are unable to get your trees and yard waste to one of the drop-off sites, it can be left at the curb for collection. Limbs should be stacked neatly between the sidewalk and the curb. Limbs should be cut to 4 feet.

Residents can contact LexCall at (859) 425-2255, 311 or enter a service request online to make a request for pick-up.

Please note that city crews are working to pick up storm debris across Lexington. Residents are asked to be patient as it may take several weeks before they can get to your area. In many instances, a special truck is needed.
