The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing woman. Opal Graham, 86, has been missing since Sunday, February 20, from the 1900 block of Alexandria Drive .
Graham has the early signs dementia. It is unknown what she was last seen wearing. She may be driving a tan 2007 Toyota Corolla with the Kentucky license plate BKJ068 .
Anyone with knowledge of Graham’s where about is asked to call 911.
