For Uniformed Services Leave (“Military Service”), the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG) shall comply with LFUCG Code of Ordinances 21-40 and 21-41 of 1978; the statutory requirements of Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) 61.371 to 61.379 and 61.394 and 61.396 of 1962-1966; and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA), 38 U.S. Code Chapter 43. All employment and reemployment rights shall be interpreted in accordance with such laws, including any future amendments.
