Welcome the start of the winter season and fire up your soul with an intentional and slow-paced outdoor mindfulness walk with Park staff. We’ll wrap up our time gathered around the campfire with hot cider and cocoa. Ground sit pads will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring water and portable chairs if desired. Dress appropriately for the weather. Space is limited 20 participants, registration is required.
