The Family Care Center provides an intensive case management program for families with young children who desire greater stability and independence.
This program provides case management for families with young children ages newborn to five living in Fayette County.
Services are provided in multiple settings, including the family’s home.
Participation is voluntary, time limited (approximately 6 months) and offered at no cost to the parent.
The program uses an individualized, strength-based approach to assist parents in achieving and maintaining self-sufficiency.
Donations needed
Our program accepts dontations to best serve the community.

- Small TVs
- Personal hygiene items
- Small appliances (toasters, coffee makers, etc.)
- Cleaning supplies
