The Board conducts business, and manages and controls the activities and affairs of the transit authority, known as Lextran, which is responsible for fulfilling the mass transportation needs of citizens of the merged government.

Meetings are held at Lextran Headquarters, 200 W. Loudon Ave., at 10 a.m. Meetings are also live-streamed on the Lextran YouTube channel.
