Pursuant to KRS 620.320
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Lexington uses trained and supervised volunteers to advocate through the family court system to ensure all victims of child abuse and neglect are safe and thrive in a permanent home. CASA of Lexington’s Board of Directors guides the organization’s long-term planning and vision.
To apply to CASA of Lexington Board of Directors:
Eligible individuals wishing to serve should submit the completed application below to the Executive Director, Melynda Jamison. The Board's nominating committee will forward candidates to the Board of Directors for approval. Individuals approved by the Board of Directors will be submitted to the office of the Mayor for recommendation of appointment.
