LexCall 311 is the City's centralized service and information call center. LexCall 311 can assist you with services including garbage collection, potholes, trash and debris, street signs and other city services. They can also connect you to any city employee or division.
For those callers who feel more comfortable speaking in a language other than English, the City offers an over-the-phone interpreter service (Language Line) to help with communication.
Callers must state the language they wish to use at the beginning of the call, and a translator will be brought on the line. Language Line offers interpreters in over 150 languages and dialects.
